Axonaly is a mental wellness-minded social venture. This April, during Stress Awareness Month, we're curating a series of events to provide students, recent grads, and anyone who would like to join us, with tools and skills to manage stress.
This year has been rife with global stress and unprecedented challenges, a mental hygiene refresh is long overdue. For students, April is also the month of the Winter semester exams where stress levels regularly peak.
We've curated virtual activity spaces to meet the needs of as many people as we can. We're working with a brilliant set of speakers and instructors with a wide offering.
This workshop will define and discuss the concept of “self-safety” as apart of our self care, as well as the ways in which we can lean into rest as resilience.
