In Person & Distant Reiki

An hour of sacred work, including a guided meditation, full Reiki session, and typed notes emailed for your reference. This supports our journey on spiritual self-care, and works with our intentions of healing, wherever we are. Distance sessions done via video will include an audio-visual file sent along with Reiki notes via email.

 

Personalized Guided Meditation

Mediation is specially curated just for you, based on your intentions and where you need some support. This includes a “cool down” portion, where silence, journaling and self-reflection is encouraged. An audio-visual recording of our session, as well as a written document of the meditation will be sent via email.

Consultation/Training

Done in private group or 1:1 settings, our newest services offers consultations and internal trainings for groups, collectives, entrepreneurs and other individuals. Expertise includes anti-oppression, decolonization, facilitation training, specialized consultation and more.

Through my work as a consent and holistic health educator, I bring you accessibly priced workshops that focus on creation, mindfulness and decolonizing our wellness across multiple disciplines and topics.
