Guide To Grounded Breathing

1. Sit or lay in a comfortable position

2. Connect at least one body part to the floor or wall (back, feet, hands, etc.)

3. Take a deep breathe slow through the nose for 4 seconds

4. Hold for 1-2 heartbeats, and release slowly for 4 seconds

5. Envision roots growing from your connected body part. Feel those roots strengthening with each breath.

6. Scan the body, and send any feelings of worry, anxiety etc. through these roots with intention to transmute the energy with love.

7. Repeat with focus, wherever you need to
